The New Jersey Association of Educational Leaders Distinguished Educational Leader Award 2025 is the highlight of our evening’s celebration. Full open bar and sit down dinner included.
The 2025 Distinguished Educational Leader Award winner is Dr. Lamont Repollet, in recognition of his ability to inspire, empower, and transform educational leaders to drive positive change in their organizations and communities. The NJAEL recognizes Dr. Lamont Repollet as a true champion of ethical leadership principles, promoting transparency and advocating for the highest standards of integrity while embracing diverse perspectives and helping to equip leaders with the necessary skills, tools, and resources to realize exceptional achievements.
In alignment with the Vision and Values of the NJAEL, Dr. Lamont Repollet is committed to making a meaningful impact by envisioning a future where exceptional leadership drives transformative change, fostering a more equitable, innovative, and sustainable world.

In addition to the award presentation for Dr. Repollet, the NJAEL will also be awarding four (4) scholarships to seniors from member institutions. Each scholarship includes: $2,500 cash award, one semester of free textbooks and materials, and a free laptop computer.
