Active membership in the NJAEL includes legal representation for all issues pertaining to the tenets of the member’s contract in connection with his/her job performance. Assistance with contract negotiations is also available to Active members.

Active members will receive group life benefits after their first full year of membership.

As we all know that data is key to making informed decisions, access to data is even more crucial. Members in the NJAEL are committed to assisting other members access data for help in decision making, reviewing protocols, enhancing policy, and completing dissertation research that will advance the field.
